My executive coaching story

I thrive on partnering Boards and Senior Teams, bringing energy and passion to the work, taking an inclusive, systemic approach to championing interdependence and always wholeheartedly invested in our clients.

Having previously sat on a Board facing into fast paced, ever-changing global and geo-political environments I can more than relate to the needs and challenges facing today’s leaders.

I am proud to build long term, trusted partnerships with clients investing in our work together for the long term. My innate curiosity, passion for people and their growth, coupled with my unwavering belief in the art of possibility and potential, underpin my coaching approach. I draw on a blend of evidence-based tools and techniques enabling me to create a unique and transformative approach for every client and every team, every time. Always striving to make a positive difference.

I am also a Lead Tutor on our Level 5 Coaching with Confidence training programme, partnering organisations to develop robust Leadership Coaching capability at all levels.
