I am a qualified Leadership Coach, proudly certified through the MRA DEI Programme as part of its inaugural cohort in 2022 – a journey that profoundly transformed my life for the better.

With over 20 years of experience in Director-level roles within the recruitment industry, I have shaped long-term strategies and built lasting relationships. Beyond my corporate career, I founded an anti-trafficking movement that has supported 20 survivors of exploitation in securing full-time employment, helping them rebuild their lives. I am also a dedicated board member for a refugee charity and a Russell Group university, contributing to meaningful change on multiple levels.

Coaching has been a life-changing experience for me, and I am deeply passionate about its transformative power. My mission is to unlock confidence in individuals, enabling them to achieve goals they never thought possible across all areas of their lives. My coaching style combines fostering self-awareness with a high-support, high-challenge approach, creating a trusting environment where clients can reflect and grow in a way that is uniquely theirs.

I firmly believe that coaching should be accessible to as many people as possible. By empowering individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds, we can help them focus on what truly drives their success – in both their careers and their personal lives.
