My Story

My leadership coaching story

As a dedicated leadership coach, I am truly passionate about helping individuals unlock their full potential and develop their skills to lead with purpose, vision, and confidence. I lean on my 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, working closely with leadership development within the public sector, and now specialise in guiding professionals through transformative growth.

In line with the MRA values and coaching frameworks, I empower my clients to develop a leadership style that aligns with their personal values. My coaching is built on a foundation of strong rapport, holding clients in a safe space, encouraging honesty, open dialogue and deep reflection, with a focus on actionable strategies and measurable outcomes. My approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges people face in both personal and professional settings.

My purpose and passion is to create coaching opportunities for those from diverse backgrounds whilst supporting them to break down barriers. I am committed, through my approach to coaching, to helping my clients unlock their true potential and addressing real and/or imagined limitations. I myself trained to become a qualified Leadership Coach through the MRA DEI Programme which aims to fully fund Professional Level 5 Coaching Qualifications for people from diverse backgrounds – an initiative that has unlocked my own sense of purpose in this field of work.
