My Story

My executive coaching story

I am an accredited, and post-Graduate qualified, Executive Coach, Coach Supervisor and Coach Educator, with extensive multi-sector and global experience (UK, US & Nordics) coaching and partnering CEO’s/Global Presidents, Board Members, Equity Partners, and their Senior Teams. My approach is one of high support/high challenge, whereby I seek to build a relationship with the client that is built on positive intent, which then enables me to dial up the level of challenge to promote a deeper level of insight and commitment to action.

I have a passion for developing the coaching capability of leaders and helping organisations move towards a coaching culture, which is supported by my experience in the field of Coach Education (University Associate Tutor). My first degree is in Psychology and my interest in this field has never left me as I apply positive psychology and neuro psychology in my work, frequently using psychometric tools (e.g., strengths-based assessments) to create with clients the awareness and energy to change.

I have over two decades of experience working as a Commercial Senior Leader for a large, multi-national corporation (Walgreens Boots Alliance). I have led large-scale, cross-functional projects for brands worth over £250 million, have had profit and loss responsibility of businesses in excess of £150 million and have led teams of 50+ individuals.

In parallel to building this expertise, I was awarded a Master of Business Administration (MBA). I am also a member of the Global Supervisor’s Network and I’m a qualified Post-Graduate Coach Supervisor, supervising other Executive Coaches and Internal Coaches.
