My Story

My executive coaching story

I am an experienced, Professional Executive Coach and Change & Transformation Professional and am passionate about the role that I can play in supporting both personal transition and transformational change within organisations.
With a background of 20 years of Leadership roles in the Commercial Healthcare & Retail sector I have direct experience in senior operational leadership and global complex change management with teams of 60+ that gives me both grounding and commercial edge.

As my career progressed it was clear that coaching was a key enabler to unlock talent potential and to empower capable delivery. As an MRA associate I now partner with organisations to support the behavioural change needed to ensure sustained delivery of business results through culture, managing-self and influencing others.

Described as focussed, personally effective and commercially astute, I am a confident, strategic and creative individual. My good intent is clear and I build trust and rapport quickly, which instils confidence in my clients and allows depth of sharing and the freedom to evolve their thinking. Although adaptable, my style is one of warmth with challenge, providing the right balance of listening with high quality questions that often feels progressive and empowering. My approach allows conversions to flow freely, whilst allowing ample time for quiet reflection when needed.
