My Story

My leadership coaching story

I have always been intrigued and fascinated by people. My upbringing encouraged conversation, active listening and a high level of support and challenge, which encouraged and built my resilience and agility. My ability to interpret and read what is not being said has been developed throughout my career and this was accelerated further when I qualified as a professional Leadership Coach with MRA.

I am passionate about talent spotting and helping people identify their strengths to reach their full potential. With over three decades of multi-sector and global experience, coaching and leading franchise partnerships, board members, and their senior teams, I have led with Coaching Leadership as my ‘go to’ approach. My style is one of high support and high challenge, where I seek to build a relationship with the client that is built on positive intentions, enabling me to dial up the level of challenge and inspire commitment to action.

Throughout my career I have led large-scale, cross-functional projects for brands and have had profit and loss responsibility of businesses in excess of £150 million turnover, whilst leading team in excess of 20+ individuals.

Impact and presence have been an integral part of my previous roles, inspiring groups of leaders with audiences ranging from an intimate 20 to a 1000+ at national conferences. I now lead on the MRA ELEVATE your Impact and Presence Coaching Programme bringing my passion and purpose to life for the benefit of my clients.
