Our MRA investment and commitment for social improvement
In December 2023 MRA launched its Social Impact Fund with the aim of investing to create significant social impact in communities. The offer includes £10,000 as well as 4 days of Executive Coaching to drive growth and transformation within the chosen project.
Building on our pledge to B Corp and our DEI Coaching with Confidence programme, and in line with our value of ‘Belief in possibility – bringing energy, passion and a fundamental belief in possibility and potential’, the MRA Social Impact Fund requires rigorous nomination, selection and governance. Its purpose is to make a genuine difference to causes that have both a strong social impact and importantly are of significant personal importance to the people who nominate the project.
This isn’t about the money or the coaching, it’s about how we make people and communities feel; it’s about emotions driving purposeful change.

Our 2023 Winner
We are delighted to announce the 2023 winner of our social impact fund is Emmaus Glasgow, a homelessness charity nominated by Sarah Atta. For Sarah, Emmaus Glasgow holds a very special place in her heart.
