What you can expect
The Hogan Leadership Suite of psychometrics consists of 5 individual reports; a comprehensive team report is also available. The reports are compiled through completion of the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), the Hogan Development Survey (HDS), and the Motives, Values and Preferences Inventory (MVPI).
HPI
Designed to predict job performance based on 7 primary strength scales – the ‘bright side’ of personality. The report defines the characteristics that influence a person’s ability to get along with others and achieve career goals. Used in recruitment and selection and to develop strong and confident leaders, the HPI provides insight into how people work, how they lead, and how successful they will be
HDS
Created to highlight potential dysfunctional behaviours when under stress or pressure, based on 11 primary scales – the ‘dark side’ of personality. The report analyses unconscious tendencies that emerge under pressure and limit leadership impact and career potential. This assessment is aimed at raising self-awareness to ensure these traits do not become an unnecessary problem
MVPI
Analysis of 10 motivation and values primary scales to ensure role and culture fit – the ‘inside’ of personality. The report deepens awareness by understanding what motivates people to succeed and their individual understanding of success, as well as considering how people define their individual goals, life ambitions, and purpose.
