In April 2022 we decided to make a bold decision to work towards achieving the B Corp award at MRA. Over a year later, and following a very significant amount of work in the background, we were successful! It was a moment of absolute joy for us all!
Supporting The Future Of Our Industry
Having established MRA in 2011 we have been on a mission to advocate for raising standards across the Professional Coaching industry. Our values of ‘Proudly at the forefront – the highest standards of global executive coaching capability’ and ‘Committed to a thriving world – inclusively and sustainably making a difference for all our futures’ led to the creation in 2022 of the MRA DEI Coaching with Confidence Programme.
We aim to invest in, and develop coaches, building a new talent pipeline into our industry and supporting Professional Coaching amongst organisations and communities who may not have previously considered coaching or seen themselves as a right fit for the industry.
Giving Ourselves To Others
At MRA we believe in wholeheartedly giving ourselves to others… and we do this through our annual £10,000 Social Impact Fund and Executive Coaching support package. The MRA Social Impact Fund requires rigorous nomination, selection and governance. Its purpose is to make a genuine difference to causes that have both a strong social impact and importantly are of significant personal importance to the people who nominate the project.
