My Story

My executive coaching story

As an industry professional I have successfully built a second career as an Executive Coach, gaining my Post Graduate qualification (Coaching) in 2017 and my second Post Graduate qualification (Coaching Supervision) in 2024. Having spent over 25 years leading global teams in marketing, insights and commercial strategy. My experience as a leader spans retail, healthcare, consulting, pharmaceutical and brewing for, amongst others, Boots, McCann Health and Coors, and I know first-hand the difference that great coaching can make to individuals and teams.

I work across all of the MRA programmes including delivering our 1:1 Executive Leadership Coaching programme, coaching senior leaders from CEOS to Board and Director-level. My coaching style is highly supportive combined with challenge and ‘poke’ to enable you to develop greater personal insight, to thrive as an individual and to successfully accomplish your leadership and professional ambitions.
I am also a Lead Tutor for our EMCC accredited, Level 5, Coaching with Confidence programme bringing my wealth of coaching experience to our delegates and inspiring them to develop their coaching leadership style and to qualify as professional coaches.

My passion for developing the next generation of diverse coaches has led me to creating the MRA DEI Coaching with Confidence Programme and MRA Social Impact Fund – both of which support our value of ‘committed to collectively thriving’. Driving change in leaders and across the Professional Coaching industry to raise standards and embed equity are deeply important to me and drive my purpose.
