My Story

My executive coaching story

Having spent many years during my HR career partnering with executives to develop their talent and leaders, I decided to focus on what I love most and become a professional coach. I’m passionate about the power of coaching as an enabler for positive change and unlocking potential in both individuals and organisations.

I have over 20 years, multi sector experience working with executives, senior leadership teams and high potential talent in the areas of executive coaching, career coaching and leadership development. I’ve worked predominantly in FTSE 250 organisations including technology, financial services, management consultancies and retail.

My purpose is to inspire and develop talented executives and leaders to enable them to achieve their aspirations, be at their best and thrive in their careers, whilst also focusing on wellbeing and resilience. I champion diversity, inclusion and equity and this passion has led me to specialise in developing female leaders and delivering unique women in leadership coaching programmes.

My person-centered coaching approach uses positive psychology, strength-based coaching, emotional intelligence, neuroscience and CBT. I work with clients to help them deepen self-awareness, gain new insight and perspective and challenge limiting beliefs. Through coaching to improve mental and physical wellbeing I help clients reduce stress, anxiety and prevent burnout. I aim to create an empowered relationship for change, growth and action which is tailored to the clients’ needs.
