At MRA, as part of our commitment to professionalising the profession, we developed our competency-based training programme designed to grow and nurture outstanding coaches and organisational coaching leadership capability – Coaching with Confidence (CWC). To continue your development as a professional Level 5 coach we offer you the opportunity to qualify as an MRA accredited ‘co-tutor’ to co-deliver the CWC programme within your organisation whilst working alongside the current MRA tutor team. You can expect to receive world-class training from our Post Graduate qualified coaches, all of whom hold are ICF PCC/EMCC Senior Practitioner accredited. The MRA accredited CWC co-tutor training programme is designed to ensure that you will deliver to the highest standards in line with your own organisation’s values and behaviours. Together with the professionalism you have come to expect from MRA, this experience will significantly enhance your own professional development as a coach.
