Programme overview
Phase 1
The three 1:1 Executive coaching sessions are designed to elevate your levels of awareness and understanding of your identity as a Non-Executive Director and how you build, lead and advise through the competencies of our Advanced Non-Executive Director framework (ANED).
Drawing on best practice from prominent institutions such as NEDA, IoD, Corporate Governance Institute and Gov.uk we have developed a leading edge set of competencies, our ANED framework.
The ANED framework will be the core focus in session one, enabling you to evaluate your areas of strength and development opportunities. This will then drive out the key priorities of focus for sessions two and three.
This unique, immersive and hands-on practical approach to development is intended to build your independent and objective approach as a NED, underpinned by the principles of good governance, to ensure optimum impact and effectiveness.
